All nebulizers work in the same basic way, its the medicine that would be different. The only reason i would suggest against using it is that if you want to exchange it for the right one, they might not take it back if you've used it. use it if you are desperate, but other than that just try to get by with an inhaler until you can get the right one. it should be fine. Just make sure you keep the box and cords and such in good condition so you can return it. I use the pari neb for my stuff too. Sometimes they send me the fishy one sometimes they send me the normal adult one. With the fish mask you should have also gotten just a normal mouth peice to subsitute for the fish mask. If not and you don't want to use the mask I would ask your doc if they have any spare mouth peices. Usually they do.
